Invitations

You will receive two complimentary seats at the luncheon. *One for you and one for your guest*. You will also have the opportunity to reserve a reduced-price table that includes your two complimentary seats. Start planning your entourage now – invitations will be mailed in early August and you will also receive an electronic invitation as well. If you already have your squad together, register for the luncheon.

Marketing

The UGA Alumni Association will disseminate a news release announcing this year’s class across university and social media outlets. You can download this customizable press release to send to your company, professional organizations, other alma maters and local media outlets. Gameday

We hope you will continue to celebrate with your alma mater through the weekend as the Bulldogs take on Arkansas State University between the Hedges in Athens. As an honoree, you will be invited to attend a pre-game reception and receive two complimentary SkySuite passes for the game on Saturday, September 14. The SkySuite passes are for honorees only and are nontransferable. SkySuite guests must be over the age of 14 and you must RSVP by August 1 to secure your passes.

The UGA Alumni Association has secured hotel blocks at the following locations:

Thursday, September 12

Holiday Inn Athens – $104/night
SpringHill Suites – $139/night

Staying for the game? There is a two night minimum stay required for Friday and Saturday due to the UGA Home Football game. There is a 30 day cancellation policy; non-cancellable and non-refundable within 30 days of arrival date.

Friday, September 13 & Saturday, September 14 (Two Night Minimum)

Holiday Inn Athens – $309/night
SpringHill Suites – $279/night
