What is the status of trips during the COVID-19 outbreak?
Different travel partners are handling trips differently. Alumni Relations staff do not always have the most current trip information, so please contact each travel company directly for more information.
Will UGA send a host on the tour?
The university only sends a representative on the tour when a certain number of alumni are participating. This is in an effort to be good stewards of university funds which help fund UGA Alumni Association operations.
I have not received my travel documents. What do I do?
If you have not received your travel documents, please contact the tour provider from which you purchased your trip. Their customer service staff should be able to help you.
If this does not work, please email fbeusse@uga.edu.
Do you have to be a UGA graduate to participate in the tours?
You do not have to be a UGA graduate to participate in the tours, but it is recommended that you do not wear orange or Gator Chomp if you travel with UGA alumni!
How can I request a specific tour brochure?
Please email alumni@uga.edu.
Can you help me with travel insurance?

Can you remove my name from your Alumni Tours mailing list?

How I can I be added to the tour brochure mailing list?
Please email alumni@uga.edu and mention that you’d like to be mailed information about upcoming UGA Alumni Tours. Please be sure to include your full name, graduation year(s) and your current mailing address.

The most current list of trips for the coming year is available online.
Are non-graduate guests allowed to participate in this tour with me?
Yes, they are! The more, the merrier … unless they’re Gator fans (just kidding)!
