The university only sends a representative on the tour when a certain number of alumni are participating. This is in an effort to be good stewards of university donations which help fund UGA Alumni Association operations.

If you have not received your travel documents, please contact the tour provider from which you purchased your trip. Their customer service staff should be able to help you.
