Maureen Berkner Boyt is the Founder of The Moxie Exchange, a training and peer mentoring organization for companies who want to recruit, develop, promote and retain women and create inclusive workplaces. She’s an advisor to CEOs of the nation’s fastest growing companies, held leadership positions in large corporations and is the founder 5 successful businesses. She’s spent over 20 years helping organizations grow by combining smart strategy with amazing talent. Maureen holds a M.Ed Organizational Development from the University of Georgia, is a graduate of Corporate Coach U and is the author of Rock Your Moxie: Power Moves for Women Leading the Way and Bias Busting Blueprint. Mo has lived her life as a doer and risk-taker, too. She’s ridden camels in the Sahara, jumped in the Fairy Pools on the Isle of Skye and completed two 36-hour ultra team runs. She brings those experiences and approach to her work, getting people to think big, take action and drive results for themselves and their teams.
