Guest Speaker: Courtney Rhodes has been in the HR/Recruiting industry for over 5 years. In her previous roles, she has had a strong focus on Legal corporate recruiting. In addition, she has years of career coaching and development working professionals from various backgrounds. She is a UGA graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In addition, she holds a Juris Doctor and Legal Law of Masters (LLM) in Taxation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Currently, Courtney works as an Executive Recruiter for Lowe’s, a Fortune 40 organization. Her candidates are vice president level or higher. In addition, Courtney is the founder and operator of The Career Society. She helps professionals become more career-driven and take authority over their career paths. She is married and has 4 kids. They currently live in the Charlotte, NC area. Courtney is passionate about recruiting and assisting candidates to become more professionally fit. She strives to provide a great a candidate experience in her day job and strives to make her clients more professional in her business.
