This workshop is appropriate for anyone who is thinking about buying in the next 5 years, in PA or elsewhere. The home buying process can seem daunting, but with knowledge comes empowerment.
Please join UGA alumna and Philly Realtor Julia Wolff for an evening of real estate education and empowerment. Julia will explain and demystify the process; from beginning your search, to making an offer, getting your mortgage, navigating inspections, negotiations, and all the way to settlement and hiring the moving truck. By the end of the evening, you will be the experts.
