Dominique will share her experience at UGA, post-graduation success, and her involvement with the Black Alumni Leadership Council. A native Atlantan and a graduate of The Westminster Schools,Dominique Holloman is an 2001 graduate UGA with undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology and a 2004 graduate of the UGA School Of Law.Completing a dual degree program in which she received a JD and a MEd in Sport Management, her professional career has primarily focused on higher education administration in the area of collegiate athletic administration with a specialization in NCAA Compliance. The six years Ms. Holloman worked in Athletics at Georgia State University include the rare professional experience of working on the implementation of the Football program. Ms. Holloman also has spent time in the non-profit sector and is certified in Volunteer Management. She hasprofessional experience in non-profit board training, development, and governance. Currently, Ms. Holloman is the Corporate Relation Manager at the United Way of Greater Atlanta. An active alum for the last decade in the UGA Alumni Association, Ms. Holloman is the first ever president of the Black Alumni Leadership Council for the UGA Black Alumni affinity group.
Dinner with a Dozen Dawgs
The Student Alumni Association sponsors Dinner with a Dozen Dawgs to personalize the UGA experience and provide valuable networking opportunities for students. Alumni from a wide variety of industries open their homes or come to campus to host small, intimate dinner parties. Made possible by generous Georgia Fund donors, these occasions bring together students, faculty and alumni in a warm, friendly environment with good food, conversation and Bulldog camaraderie.
