An Evening with UGA

October 4, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

- Free

Presented by the UGA Black Alumni Affinity Group, in partnership with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions

Connect with African American high school students who are in the top 5 percent of their classes, and encourage them to apply, and commit, to the University of Georgia! This is an invitation-only event for students that will feature a short information session led by Anthony Johnson, Senior Assistant Director of Admissions – Metro-Atlanta Office.

Graduates of all class years and backgrounds are welcome to join as we discuss student life, academics, internship opportunities and potential career paths. Efforts under the UGA Alumni Association and Undergraduate Admissions partnership over the past few years have contributed to an increase in African American (and overall minority) enrollment at Georgia.

Share your wonderful UGA experiences during our 45 minute alumni-student networking time, and encourage these students to take the first step to becoming a part of the Bulldog Nation. See you there!
