Will UGA send a host on the tour?
The university only sends a representative on the tour when a certain number of alumni are participating. This is in an effort to be good stewards of university funds.
I have not received my travel documents. What do I do?
If you have not received your travel documents, please contact the tour provider from which you purchased your trip. Their customer service staff should be able to help you.

Do you have to be a UGA graduate to participate in the tours?
You do not have to be a UGA graduate to participate in the tours, but it is recommended that you do not wear orange or Gator Chomp if you travel with UGA alumni!

Are non-graduate guests allowed to participate in this tour with me?
Yes, they are! The more, the merrier … unless they’re Gator fans (just kidding)!
How does UGA benefit from these tour opportunities?
A percentage of your travel fee is allocated to the UGA Alumni & Friends Experiential Learning Scholarship Fund. Therefore, when you travel, you help provide students participate in learning opportunities outside the classroom, including study abroad, research or service learning.
