Mason Black (B.S. ’14, MPA ’21) began the role of director of Alumni Relations in October 2024. In this position, Mason provides strategic direction and leadership for regional outreach through the chapters program. Previously, he oversaw all Georgia based alumni chapters as an associate director of Alumni Chapters.

Prior to his roles with the Alumni Relations team, Mason served as the assistant director for Greek Life at UGA where he advised the Interfraternity Council and its Executive Board, as well as provided fraternity chapters with strategic programming and guidance.

Mason obtained his Bachelor Degrees in Economics from the University of West Georgia and earned his Masters in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. In his spare time, Mason is an avid golfer, disc golfer, and an outdoor explorer with his dog, Kirby.
