On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, UGA will announce the 2022 class of 40 Under 40–our young alumni leading the pack in their industries and communities.
This toolkit provides language, graphics, and other marketing resources to help the UGA celebrate these remarkable alumni together.
How you can help

Messaging
40 Under 40 celebrates young alumni leading the pack in their industries and communities.
Their Georgia roots run deep. And so does their commitment.
Each year, we gather to celebrate this commitment by recognizing 4o of our outstanding alumni under the age of 40. These ambitious graduates are finding creative solutions to world problems, leading businesses and serving their communities. Nominated by their peers, they truly represent our best and brightest bulldogs.
UGA’s 40 under 40 celebration is a moment to inspire each other in our shared commitment, broaden networks, and connect with friends.
Our successful young alumni make known the value of a degree from the birthplace of public higher education.
Where others give up, we stand our ground. Where others drift apart, we come together. Where others walk away, we step forward.
Leading and serving. That’s our commitment.
Promotional Mark
The promotional mark will serve as the primary visual identifier for 40 Under 40. The mark should always be used in conjunction with the official University of Georgia logo to ensure brand equity.
Consistent presentation is vital in strengthening the brand’s recognizability and impact. Any modification to the mark is therefore prohibited.
Digital Graphics
We will provided digital graphics and copy to help you promote the 40 Under 40 on announcement day. We’ll included images for social media as well as original headshots submitted by the honorees.
The honorees will be announced on UGA Alumni social channels at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday July, 13. After they are announced, we encourage you to amplify on your social channels.
