2022 40 under 40 Awards Luncheon

Registration: 11:30 AM | Luncheon: Noon
Tate Center Grand Hall
45 Baxter Street | Athens, Georgia
You will receive three complimentary seats at the luncheon. Please include the names of your up to three guests when you register. Be sure to register early, this event will sell out. The registration deadline is August 26, 2022.
Parking is available in the Tate Parking Deck (45 Baxter St., Athens, GA 30602). Overflow parking is available in the Hull Street Parking Deck (S. Hull St., Athens, GA 30605)
Some of UGA’s schools and colleges will host events the evening before, the morning of, and immediately following the luncheon. More information about those networking opportunities will be shared as details are finalized.
Gameday

Kickoff is set for 4:00 PM
UGA vs. Samford University
You and one guest will be invited to attend the game in a Skysuite. Please RSVP for the football game by Friday, July 29. The SkySuite passes include access to the suite and game tickets. Questions? Email 40u40@uga.edu.
Marketing
The UGA Alumni Association will disseminate a news release announcing this year’s class across university and social media outlets. You can download this customizable press release to send to your company, professional organizations, other alma maters and local media outlets.

Please share this exciting news via your social media accounts and ask your family and friends to do the same – you deserve the recognition! You can download images for Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, and Twitter to share online. The hashtag below will be used all year, so plug it wherever you can.
Hotel Block Information
The UGA Alumni Association has secured a hotel block at the Hyatt Place in downtown Athens.
Thursday, September 8: $129
Friday, September 9 and Saturday, September 10: $299 per night
Reduced Parking Rate: $10 per night
This block, pending demand, will be available for booking August 9, 2022.
There are two ways to book your stay:
- Call the Hyatt Place (1-888-492-8847 or 706-425-1800 and press “1”) using the group code “G-UGA5”
- Follow this link to the Hyatt Place. The code will be pre-applied once you select your booking dates (9/8 – 9/11).
