2025 40 Under 40 Awards Luncheon
Friday, September 5, 2025
Registration: 11 a.m. | Program: 11:30 a.m.
Tate Center Grand Hall
45 Baxter Street | Athens, Georgia
Some of UGA’s schools and colleges will host events in your honor the evening before, the morning of, or immediately following the luncheon. More information about those networking opportunities will be shared as details are finalized.
Register for the 40 Under 40 Awards Luncheon by August 27.
GUESTS
You will receive three complimentary seats, including yourself, at the luncheon. Please include the names and emails of your guests when you register.
Be sure to secure your spot at the luncheon before additional invitations are sent out! The registration deadline is August 27.
ATTIRE
Red and black, of course. Fun and professional. Check out last year’s looks.
PARKING
Parking is available in the Tate Parking Deck (45 Baxter St., Athens, GA 30602).
Hotel Block Information
There is a hotel block secured at Courtyard Athens Downtown. The deadline to book a hotel room under the UGA hotel block is August 6.
Due to the football weekend, we expect high traffic to Athens. Please consider booking your accommodations promptly.
SATURDAY IN ATHENS
Join us to watch the Bulldogs take on Austin Peay between the Hedges on Saturday, September 6, 2025 (kickoff is TBD).
Pre-game reception: You and one guest are invited to a pre-game reception. Formal invitation and details to follow.
Game tickets: You and a guest will be provided with 2 tickets to the UGA vs. Austin Peay game. A formal invitation and details to follow.
