Samantha H. Weldon

Biography

Samantha has dedicated her career to improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities while mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts. A Double Dawg and founder of Pure Heart Behavioral Therapy, she has built a practice focused on providing individualized, evidence-based applied behavior analysis services that help children develop communication, social-emotional and daily living skills. After earning her master’s degree from the University of Georgia and becoming a board-certified behavior analyst, Samantha advanced rapidly through clinical leadership roles before launching her own business, where she now combines entrepreneurship with a deep commitment to family-centered care. Beyond her clinical work, she has remained closely connected to UGA through guest lecturing, mentoring students, and supporting the Center for Autism and Behavioral Education Research. Her commitment to service extends throughout Georgia through school partnerships, advocacy for children with special needs, and the creation of Anna’s Gift, a respite care program that provides meaningful support for families and caregivers.
