Brittany Cassell Raway

Biography

Brittany advises public and private companies, private equity firms and corporate leaders on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other complex transactions that shape long-term growth and strategy. She also provides pro bono legal services and advises nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has combined professional excellence with a commitment to leadership, mentoring attorneys, helping guide firm initiatives and contributing to the development of future legal talent. Beyond her practice, she is deeply engaged in community service through nonprofit leadership, including service with Nicholas House. A dedicated UGA alumna, Brittany continues to give back through mentorship, philanthropy and service that reflect the values of wisdom, justice and leadership fostered during her time in Athens.
