Dear UGA Alumni Family,
Fall is here, and we all know what that means, homecoming is just around the corner! We’ve got an exciting matchup with Auburn, and we have full confidence that the Georgia Bulldogs will win.
The Black Alumni Leadership Council is thrilled to host the best tailgate in town at Myers Quad, kicking off the homecoming festivities. This year’s theme, “Celebrate the Legacy,” is all about honoring the legacies we’ve built as UGA Black Alumni. This is your chance to reconnect with old friends, family, and fellow alumni you haven’t seen in years. It’s time to come together and celebrate as one big UGA alumni family!
I also want to extend a huge congratulations to everyone for another successful year of homecoming box sales. We sold over 300 boxes in 48 hours and can’t wait to see you all sporting your official homecoming shirts! So, bring the energy and excitement, this year’s tailgate will be one to remember!
If you can’t make it to Athens, don’t worry! There will be plenty of official UGA game-watching parties happening across the country. Put on your best UGA gear and get ready to cheer on the DAWGS wherever you are!
