Biography
Katie is principal and founder of the Democratic campaign fundraising firm, KEP Strategies. Her firm advises clients on political strategy, campaign launches, campaign planning and organization, fundraising, budgeting and staffing, and she has worked with notable politicians in office and is currently running two campaigns for the 2026 midterm elections. Katie has worked in the political campaigning sector since 2013, following her participation in the UGA Washington Semester Program. She attributes the success of her career to her experiences and the mentorship she received while at Delta Hall. Now, Katie mentors UGA students in the WSP program during their semester in Washington, D.C. and speaks regularly to the students about campaigns and interning on Capitol Hill.
