Biography
As a first-generation college graduate, Cameron has built his career around service, leadership and expanding opportunities for others. A 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia’s College of Public Health, Banks credits his UGA experience with shaping his commitment to improving lives through education, mentorship and community impact. After earning a bachelor’s degree in health promotion from UGA in 2010, he went on to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, complete postdoctoral training in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and achieve board certification in a specialty held by fewer than 1% of chiropractors.
Today, he serves as clinic director of AICA Orthopedics in Snellville while remaining deeply engaged with his alma mater. Alongside his wife, Cara, he has established two endowed scholarships supporting students in the Terry College of Business and the Mary Frances Early College of Education, as well as a scholarship for first-generation students through planned giving.
Banks is an active mentor with the UGA Mentor Program, a Presidents Club and 1961 Club member, and staunch champion of initiatives across campus. Through philanthropy, volunteer service and advocacy, he is committed to helping students achieve the same life-changing opportunities that a UGA education provided him.
