Mind Your Mental is a one-hour program designed to engage and educate on mental well-being. The program includes a panel of five mental health experts, moderated by psychotherapist Extriara Gates, which will explore topics like:
- Managing mental health during a pandemic
- Imposter syndrome
- Depression and anxiety coping skills
There will be an optional 30-minute breakout session after the event for those who want to continue the conversation with the panelists.
